Women’s Handgun course for beginners – Women Only  $189
BEGINNER LEVEL:  This course teaches the basic understanding and skills for owning and operating a pistol safely. The course is 7 hours long and includes classroom and range time, learning to shoot revolvers and semi-automatic pistols. The class is taught by women for women. Students learn rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; all about ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from two handed standing positions; pistol cleaning/maintenance;  Students need to bring a lunch.  Price is all-inclusive. We provide a large variety of pistols for students to try to see what works best for them.

 

Tween-Teen Shooting FUNdamentals      For kids Ages 11-17  $99
BEGINNER LEVEL:  This course will teach kids how to safely handle and shoot a .22LR pistol. This course is 4-hours long and will include classroom and range time. Open discussion about proper attitude, peer pressure and decision making is part of the classroom.  Students will be asked to sign the Project Child Safe Pledge.  Price includes class AND range supplies, range fees and professional fees.

 

Fundamentals of Home Defense Handguns – Co-Ed Registration via private training
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL:  This is a six-hour course, designed to increase the student’s understanding of defensive firearms and their use in a defense situation.  There will be focus on handguns and their value in the role of defense, ammunition selection, home defense tactics, interacting with law enforcement, developing defensive shooting skills, defensive accuracy, the balance of speed and precision and overcoming myths and anxiety in defensive shooting.  You will be run through drills to help develop your skills efficiently.

Students must have successfully completed a basic pistol course and demonstrate proficiency in safe gun handling.
Students failing to meet and maintain our safety requirements and/or who cannot meet and immediately demonstrate the minimum skills required for the class may be removed from training. Please ensure you have read through the class description and fully understand our prerequisites before registering.

This course is for law-abiding adult citizens, as defined by applicable federal, state, or local law, and experienced shooters.  Students are to bring their firearm, 3 magazines, 250 rounds of ammo and lunch.  Equipment available for use at additional cost.


Concealed Carry   – Co-Ed registration $125
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL:  This is a 4-5 hour, hands-on, all range course. Students will learn how to carry safely and securely and shoot efficiently in a critical incident. This is NOT a beginner course.  Proof of shooting experience required. You will learn defensive shooting skills, drawing from concealment and achieving defensive accuracy.  You will be run through drills to help develop your skills efficiently.

Students must have successfully completed a basic pistol course and demonstrate proficiency in safe gun handling.
Students failing to meet and maintain our safety requirements and/or who cannot meet and immediately demonstrate the minimum skills required for the class may be removed from training. Please ensure you have read through the class description and fully understand our prerequisites before registering.

This course is for law-abiding adult citizens, as defined by applicable federal, state, or local law, and newer or experienced shooters.   Students are to bring their firearm, IWB holster, 3 magazines, and a minimum of 250 rounds of ammunition.  Range fees are included in price. Equipment available for use at additional cost.  Price includes range materials (not ammo), range fees and professional fees. 


Home Defense Course – Co-Ed Registration 
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL:  The course teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a handgun for protection of self and family, and to provide information on the law-abiding individual’s right to self-defense. This is an eight-hour course. Students should expect to shoot approximately 250 rounds of ammunition. Students will learn defensive shooting skills, strategies for home safety and responding to a violent confrontation, firearms and the law, how to choose a handgun for self-defense, and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will receive the NRA Guide to the Basics of Personal Protection In The Home handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, and course completion certificate.   

Students must have successfully completed a basic pistol course and demonstrate proficiency in safe gun handling.
Students failing to meet and maintain our safety requirements and/or who cannot meet and immediately demonstrate the minimum skills required for the class may be removed from training. Please ensure you have read through the class description and fully understand our prerequisites before registering.

This course is for law-abiding adult citizens, as defined by applicable federal, state, or local law, and experienced shooters (shooters able to show mastery of the basic skills of safe gun handling, shooting a group, and cleaning the firearm) to maximize what can be learned from this course. Proof of shooting experience may be required.  Students are to bring their firearm, 2 or 3 magazines, 250 rounds of ammo and lunch.  Equipment available for use at additional cost.  Price includes books, class materials, range fees and professional fees.  

Introduction to the AR-15  – Co-ed Registration  
BEGINNER LEVEL:  This course will introduce you the the Modern Sporting Rifle.  Students will learn the basic components of the rifle, loading, unloading, aiming, zero’ing, shooting, clearing malfunctions, assembly, disassembly and cleaning as well as practicing fun and useful shooting drills, individually and in teams.  Price includes all class and range materials, range fees and professional fees. 

The advanced AR course will continue with more complex drills and nearly all class time is on the range.

NRAs Basic of Shotgun Shooting – Co-ed Registration  $169
BEGINNER LEVEL:  This course includes classroom and range time learning how to shoot shotguns at moving targets. Students learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; shotgun parts and operation; shotgun shell components; shotgun shell malfunctions; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting at straight away and angled targets; cleaning; and continued opportunities for skill development. All inclusive price.  Class is two evenings. Price includes all class AND range materials, range fees and professional fees

 

Refuse to Be a Victim – price as quoted for organization/group
This safety and crime prevention seminar will  teach participants how to improve their personal safety strategies, and what techniques and tactics can be used to help avoid becoming easy victims of crime and criminals. In general, seminars heighten public awareness of what can and should be done to stay safe. The topics that are covered in a typical seminar include mental preparedness, home security, physical security, automobile security, and many others. Educational AND entertaining!  This seminar can be done at your location and tailored to your needs.


Private Training – $45/hour (discount for 2nd person semi-private)
When scheduling a class conflicts with your schedule, or if your not a group-instruction kind of person, you can have a one-on-one (or 1:2 with a friend) training to meet your specific needs, whether it’s beginner basics or learning a more advanced skill set.  This also makes a great gift!
